We reached the $11,000 mark last Sunday, February 11^th.<span style=""> </span>We celebrate this endeavor with our many supporters.<span style=""> </span>We believe that by reaching this goal, it has been God’s way of affirming us along the way.<span style=""> </span>Every prayer and financial gift has been a blessing and a reminder that God is at work.<span style=""> </span>There is no doubt in our minds that the time for us to adopt a beautiful little boy from Guatemala is now.<span style=""> </span>God has graciously affirmed in many ways the central desire of our hearts which is to raise a child in the ways of the Lord.<span style=""> </span>As I write we are preparing our initial application and contracts to be ready to be sent to AGCI along with a $5,000 check for a relief fee and another check for $5,800 to cover adoption expenses in Guatemala.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: verdana;"><br />We are also thrilled to report that we found a social worker who will do our Home Study and help us with our accompanying paperwork.<span style=""> </span>She comes highly recommended from a couple that has adopted from China.<span style=""> </span>Catherine Richardson, our social worker, works for an agency named <i style="">Adopt for the Love of a Child</i>.<span style=""> </span>We will begin the large task of filling out all the paperwork that accompanies our home study soon.<span style=""> </span>Please be praying that we can accomplish this daunting task one step at a time.</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: verdana;"><br />We are thrilled that you have chosen to embark on this journey with us.<span style=""> </span>We will keep you posted as things develop .<span style=""> </span>Keep checking our website for updates.<span style=""> </span>Thank you for all of your support.<span style=""> </span>We love each one of you and cannot wait for our little boy to come home.<o:p></o:p></p><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/391531007981074059-8433894903066095868?l=ourlittledream.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Darren and Jessicahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11613892931785112404noreply@blogger.com4
